I truthfully can’t rave about Ash and his team enough! I have worked for a plastic surgery office in Beverly Hills for over 20 years now, so I have worked with countless SEO companies and Digital Spotlight is better than all of them COMBINED! Not only have our inquiries increased tremendously, they are also converting, which is the most important part! They are constantly reaching out with updates, suggestions and reports and I always get a timely response to every email and question I have. If I or my boss want to schedule a meeting, it is on the books immediately. They always follow through and keep their word and with a marketing company, that isn’t always true. From day one, Ash has never been pushy or salesy and treats me just the same as he does my boss. Ash and his team at Digital Spotlight are terrific. I was with another web company that essentially wanted to keep me hostage to their service. Ash and his team literally moved my site to their servers in one night. By the time the other company realized my site had been moved, it was several days. This validated my sense that the other company was inept. On the other hand, Ash’s team has consistently raised my rankings on Google and my practice has continued to grow, thanks to his efforts. Digital Spotlight has done what we asked them to do: “Improve SEO such that our website gains more attention”. What everyone wants, of course. The mission was well-defined, and Ash and colleagues have driven the process, relying on their skill, to success. The company has its act together. It is organized, methodical and gives clear directives to the client regarding what they need - from the client – to achieve success. The Zoom meetings with D.S. are efficient and productive. Now, read the following carefully. Know that achieving success in elevating a business’s position for “searches” is not like ordering a sandwich for lunch. It’s not a unilateral activity. It does take client labor to provide Digital Spotlight the artillery it needs to achieve the pre-determined goal. Frankly, it took quite a bit of time/effort for our business to provide the artillery to D.S. But, if one is not willing to do it, you are wasting your time and money. Our experience with other companies purporting to be “SEO experts” was that they required less output from us and perhaps that was a clue to their inadequacy. That industry seems rife with amateurs who fail to deliver and hence will face failure at some point. Successful SEO requires unique-to-your-business information, data, text, graphics that are not in the vendor’s library until the customer provides it. Be prepared to get into the boat and help row it. Row hard and you will be duly rewarded with a lift in your SEO and that is what translates to patronage and income. Every business should measure/quantify success of marketing hires by the “return on investment”. Bottom line for us: that number is looking very good to us as Digital Spotlight carries our flag.
