I have been a client of Wpromote for 5 years and for the most part have been very satisfied with their input and recommendations regarding our digital image. I’ve had the opportunity to work with two different account managers. Both of them have been nice, prompt, professional, and courteous. Geanna, our current representative, is absolutely amazing! I am so impressed at the ease with which she finds her words whether it is a phone conversation, an email, or a blog posting. Based on the amount of patients that tell us they found us online, I have to give recognition and acknowledge that our online presence has improved because of all the help we received from Wpromote and their amazing employees.

I used their PPC management services in 2013-2016 and they were great. Great service and team. They even went to bat for me to recover overcharges from Yahoo&Bing savings me thousands of dollars. The only reason I stopped using their service was because I ended my PPC campaign.

Wpromote has been extremely helpful to our dental practice. Initially we started with Mary and I was new taking on our reports and changes. She was more than informative. She took me through each report, step by step to help me understand what I was looking at. She let us know what we could improve on and how they could help with our improvements. You can imagine someone new taking on this project could use all the help they could get. They definitely went above and beyond. Recently our account manager has changed. Mary was offered a higher position, as I would imagine would happen. She was great! I now am working with Geanna, and it is still just like working with Mary. She's pleasant, helpful, and gets everything we ask of her done in a jiff! I would recommended Wpromote to any business! They are all very skilled, and knowledgeable.

Have been with Wpromote for over 10 years. I’ve grown as they have, and they have been consistent, available, and guided me through things that are WAY above my head. I appreciate my account reps and the whole team from the top down at Wpromote. The SEO is great, but to track it, UNDERSTAND it when we go over the numbers on our frequent calls, its hard to out a price on that. I hear about other companies ‘set it and forget it’ style of account management, this is the opposite. They communicate with my web developers, help me create content, i don’t know where i’d be without them. So thankful to have Wpromote in my corner. Highly recommended for businesses of any size. If you have a website, THEY CAN HELP!
